Road Safety is the market leader in driver safety and performance monitoring systems. Our SafeForce™ Driving System provides driver monitoring, real-time feedback, data analysis and driver performance reporting. The System's real-time driver feedback and reporting information have produced dramatic crash reductions and cost saving results. Our products are currently used in two primary markets - Public Safety Fleets and Commercial Fleets.

Our Leadership
Larry H. Selditz
Larry Selditz is the President, CEO and founder of Road Safety International, Inc. He has held several top business management positions in the automotive service industry over the past 30 years including 15 years with the Andy Granatelli organization. There he was President and Chief Operating Officer of 6 corporations which operated 243 company owned service centers located in 11 states, an automotive equipment and parts manufacturing business and an Indy car race team. Mr. Selditz is an active member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, serves on several committees of the American Ambulance Association, is a member of the Federal Interagency Committee on Emergency Medical Services, an active member of the National Safety Council, the Intelligent Transportation Society of America and the Driving School Association of the Americas. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer on driver safety and event data recorders. Mr. Selditz has been a guest on numerous TV shows including Good Morning America, ABC World News Tonight, The Early Show, CNN Headline News, CNN Financial News, Inside Edition, Tech TV, CBS Evening News, NBC Evening News, FOX News Network, The Pulse, USA Today TV and many network affiliates. Hundreds of articles have been written about Road Safety's "black box", both nationally and internationally, including USA Today (cover story twice), The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Forbes, Newsweek, Inc. Magazine, Consumer Reports, Popular Science, Kiplinger's, Wired Magazine and several professional trade publications.
Sandra A. Selditz
Sandra Selditz is Road Safety's Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for all financial and administrative functions including finance, accounting, human resources, facilities and inventory procurement and management. Mrs. Selditz began her career in accounting over 30 years ago with the Law Firm of Mason & McGowan providing bookkeeping and accounting services to the firm's clients. She subsequently started her own practice for small business clients and individuals. She has been CFO for Road Safety since 1992.
Jeff Gompert
Jeff Gompert is Executive Vice President of Road Safety International, Inc. He is responsible for the sales and marketing of the company's On-Board Computer Systems and associated products. Mr. Gompert is involved in the market planning and strategies for all Road Safety hardware and software and participates in new product development. He also oversees the software administrator training for the Public Safety sector. He has represented the company at the trade shows and conferences of many organizations including the American Ambulance Association, National Safety Council, Driving School Association of the Americas, Risk & Insurance Management Society and the National Fire Protection Association. Prior to joining Road Safety in 1993, Mr. Gompert was Vice President of Automotive Technical Services, an advanced automotive training organization. Prior to that he was Vice President and Director of Operations for Andy Granatelli's TuneUp Masters, a chain of 243 company owned and operated automotive repair facilities. Mr. Gompert is an A.S.E. Certified Master Technician and holds a state teaching credential as an Automotive Technology Instructor.
William "Bud" Durie
Bud Durie is Road Safety's Vice President of Field Engineering. He is responsible for evaluation and testing of new hardware and software for the company's On-Board Computer System products prior to customer release. Mr. Durie is responsible for all customer technical support and installation support for customer and 3rd party installers. He is also responsible for the Road Safety field installation personnel. Prior to joining Road Safety in 1997, Mr. Durie worked as a Field Test Engineer for General Motors Current Production Engineering group and was subsequently promoted to Regional Director for GM Field Testing. Mr. Durie is an A.S.E. Certified Master Technician and a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers.
Larry Richardson
Larry Richardson is Director of Technical Services for Road Safety International, Inc., joining the company in 1992. He manages all aspects of the Road Safety computer information systems. Mr. Richardson is responsible for online systems for Road Safety and writes the technical manuals and documentation for hardware and software support. Mr. Richardson completed a degree course in Automotive Technology at Oxnard College and a certificate course for Data Logic Systems at Moorpark College.
Donna Gompert
Donna Gompert is the Manager of Fleet Sales for Road Safety International, Inc. She is responsible for marketing, sales and support for the Commercial Fleet On-Board Computer Systems. Mrs. Gompert also provides administrative support for the Managed Services product offered to the Public Safety and Commercial Fleet sectors. Mrs. Gompert has been certified by the National Safety Council as a Trainer for Dynamics of Fleet Safety. She joined Road Safety in 2004.
